• What would cost me to get a banner?

• How do I order?

• How can I pay for my order?

  After providing details for the banner, you will be given the options to pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. Credit Card details are collected and processed by paypal.com WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

• Can I ask for modifications to the banner you designed? If so, how many?

  Yes of course, you can ask for the following number of revisions:

  • Static banner: Up to 10 revisions

  • Animated banner: Up to 5 revisions

• What kind of changes can/can´t request?

  You cannot request changes to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re write to your text. This will be consider a different banner, and will be charge as such. You can, however, request changes on text position, color, animated frame position, etc.

• What is the difference between a static banner and an animated banner?

  A static banner is an image with no moving elements; an animated banner on the other hand has movement, generally cycling through a series of text that promote your services. We offer both static and animated banners.

• I don´t know what to include in the banner, what do I do?

  Usually we only request the text you´d like to go on your logo and sometimes your company´s logo. If you like to include specific images for your banner design, you´re free to send them. Our expert team of designers can choose the best images to represent your company, product or service if you´re unable to provide us with some.
